Payments and Cancellations 

If it is your first time booking with me, you will be required to prepay for your session. After your first appointment you will no longer be required to prepay for your appointment, however, if you choose to do so the option will still be there. In the office I accept credit cards, cash, or Venmo. I do not charge you extra for using a credit card in my office or online. 

 

If you have to cancel your appointment, I ask that you notify me as soon as possible. If you have to cancel last minute or the same day for one reason or another, it is okay, I will not charge you for that session. If you already paid for your session, I can either credit your card or put the credit into your massage account for you to use at a later time. While I am understanding the first time, if you cancel frequently or I see that it is becoming a habit, you will no longer be able to book online, and I will only allow you to book the through me if I have an open spot the same day as your appointment.
