Sculpting Is Only Part of It
Brazilian lymphatic drainage is known for its sculpting effect - but results aren’t just about pressure or speed.
They come from how fluid is directed, how tissue is worked, and how the body is prepared to respond.
INTEGRA builds on that - taking the sculpting approach further by working with both fluid and tissue, not just one or the other.
INTEGRA: Brazilian-Inspired Lymphatic & Sculpting
This approach is rooted in Brazilian lymphatic drainage but expanded through a more integrated method.
INTEGRA combines rhythmic lymphatic techniques with targeted bodywork to address fluid retention, tissue density, and contour at the same time - especially through the abdomen, waist, and lower body.
Where traditional Brazilian methods focus heavily on movement and sculpting, this approach also considers how the tissue behaves underneath - because that directly impacts how fluid moves and where it settles.
Each session is adjusted in real time based on how your body presents.
Some areas require more fluid-focused work.
Others require deeper attention to tension, restriction, or density that may be influencing shape and responsiveness.
Direction, pressure, and sequencing are all intentional - designed not just to create visible change, but to support how your body continues to respond after the session.
You may notice:
-
a more defined, sculpted appearance
-
less abdominal fullness or heaviness
-
improved comfort and movement through the body
-
changes in how your body holds and shifts fluid
-
But like any bodywork, the most consistent results come with regular sessions.
This isn’t about forcing change in a single visit - it’s about working with your body in a way that allows it to respond better over time.
Clients who see the best results treat this as part of an ongoing routine, not a one-time service.

A Few More Things...
Will I get “snatched” with one session?
You’ll likely notice a visible change - but it’s not the full picture. Most clients leave looking more defined, especially through the abdomen, waist, and lower body. That’s largely due to fluid movement and how the tissue responds during the session. What That Means If puffiness or fluid retention is part of what you’re seeing, the change can be noticeable right away. If what you’re noticing is more related to body composition or deeper tissue patterns, it takes more than one session to shift. What Actually Creates Lasting Change Results build when your body has time to respond. Consistency, movement, stress levels, digestion, and overall habits all play a role in how your body holds fluid and how it responds to the work. Bottom Line You may look more sculpted after one session. But the clients who see the most consistent, lasting change are the ones who treat this as part of a routine - not a one-time fix.
Do I have to book more than one session?
It depends on your goals, but most people benefit from more than a single session. If you’re new to this work, I typically recommend starting with 2–3 sessions over a 2–3 week period. This allows your body to respond, rather than relying on a one-time change. From there, sessions can be spaced out based on how your body holds results and what you’re looking to maintain. For Events or Short-Term Results If you’re preparing for something specific - like a vacation, photoshoot, or event, 2–3 sessions within the week leading up usually creates the most noticeable change. For Ongoing Results Clients who see the most consistent results treat this as part of a routine. Some come weekly, others biweekly or monthly - it depends on how your body responds and how much change you’re looking to maintain. What to Keep in Mind This work isn’t about forcing a result in one visit. It’s about how your body responds over time. The more consistent the sessions, the more predictable and lasting the changes tend to be.
What is the difference between 60-minute and 90-minute sessions
The difference isn’t just time - it’s how much your body can be worked and how it responds. Both sessions use the same INTEGRA approach. The 90-minute simply allows for more depth, more detail, and more complete work through the body. 60 Minutes - Focused Work The 60-minute session is targeted and efficient. Best for: maintenance sessions clients who come regularly addressing specific areas like the abdomen, waist, or legs You’ll still see visible changes, but the session is more focused than comprehensive. 90 Minutes - Extended, More Complete Work The 90-minute session allows for a more thorough approach. With the additional time, I can: work more completely through the full body spend more time where the tissue is slower to respond address both fluid patterns and deeper areas of tension or density This is typically where more noticeable and consistent changes happen - especially when sessions are done regularly. Which Should You Choose? If you’re maintaining results or working on a specific area, 60 minutes is usually enough. If your body needs more time to respond - or you’re looking for a more complete session - the 90-minute is the better option.
Want to take your session further?
There are two ways to extend your session, depending on how your body responds and what you’re looking to get out of the work. 90-Minute INTEGRA Session (Extended Hands-On) This option is for clients who benefit from more time under the hands. It allows for: more detailed work through the abdomen, waist, and lower body additional focus on areas of tension or density a slower, more thorough progression through the body If your body tends to need more time to respond - or you’re looking for a more complete, full-body approach - this is usually the better fit. 90-Minute Session with Infrared Prep (30 + 60) This option begins with 30 minutes in an infrared sauna blanket, followed by 60 minutes of INTEGRA bodywork. The heat helps increase circulation and soften tissue beforehand, which can make the hands-on work more effective for some clients. You may notice: less resistance through the tissue improved fluid movement during the session a more responsive, easier-to-work-through abdomen This is often a good choice if your body feels more dense, slow to respond, or prone to holding fluid. Which One Is Right for You? Both options are designed to take the work further - just in different ways. Some clients need more time. Others respond better with preparation before the hands-on work begins. If you’re unsure, start with a standard session and we can adjust based on how your body responds.
