Hydration is essential for flushing out the broken-down fat cells. Clients should make sure they drink plenty of water before and after each session. Those who maintain an active lifestyle and a balanced diet will be the clients that see the best and longest-lasting results. I will give you proper and more in-depth aftercare instructions, but keep in mind that for the few weeks you are coming in for treatments, you should be prepared to: avoid alcohol (as much as possible), reduce your consumption of processed foods, and engage in regular exercise (light exercise like walking is okay if that's all you are capable of doing right now) to help your body metabolize fat more effectively.​​​
